I had a therapist that used to say that a person’s favorite animal is how they want the world to view them. I think that’s why tumblr loves cats so much, because your average tumblr user just wants to sit around all day eating, sleeping, being an asshole, and have everyone love them for it.

That doesn’t make you a bad person, and I’m not saying everyone who loves cats is the above.

But still.
